The bland title of this Hot House offering masks a blazing inferno of a fuck flick. The studio has constructed four vignettes and one solo, all with a sweaty blue-collar theme. The cast is particularly strong and diverse, featuring both smooth and lean dudes (Kevin Armstrong) and beefy alpha males (Arpad Miklos). But it’s Vinnie D’Angelo who owns this film, appearing in all but two scenes. And director Michael Clift definitely has a knack for framing up exactly what viewers want to see — dicks pistoning in and out of muscular asses. The videography, resplendent in films like Trunks 3 and Communion, is also breathtaking here. The combination of good lighting and skilled editing ensures that the nasty action is interesting to watch, never sluggish. Tough Stuff starts out strong with C.J. Knight and Kevin Armstrong as two construction types who can’t seem to focus on the task at hand. Knight is particularly appealing and certainly one of the hungriest bottoms in the porn biz. His performance is only rivaled by Francesco D’Macho. This stud is simply gorgeous, top to bottom. Clift has managed to get every match-up right, but the Armstrong/Knight and D’Macho/Saint pairings are particularly volcanic. With dead-on films like this, Hot House is definitely the studio to beat.

RETAILING: Inspired pairings, diverse cast, top-notch videography — this will quickly become a Hot House favorite.
