The title is the cleverest thing this '90s entry has going for it. The beautiful dick of Scott Girard gets some nice screen time, but his solo-only segments with the even bigger Buck Ford are frustrating. The hope that something might happen between them is never fulfilled. The rough transfer is extremely yellow and has lots of grain, aliasing, and pixelation.
