The police action starts immediately as a man in blue fucks a man in boots up, down, and diagonally. Both men are thick, hairy, and handsome and spew loudly after the lovin' is through.

CHP is next on the scene issuing a ticket in a back alley in the form of a quick fuck administered by a beefy cop. For safety reasons, he wears a helmet, a condom, and mirrored sunglasses at all times during this brief investigation. The cop is a phenomenally hairy honey who exacts payment for some routine traffic violation from the offender's ass before they both get off and the scene fades into something thematically similar.

Cops in the back room, cops in the locker room, cops at Dunkin' Donuts, cops on motorcycles, cops on pool tables, cops on cops. You get the picture. While everyone in this feature claims to have "a hot, cop cock," the unrelated scenes and uneven videography distract and detract from the overall quality of this production.
