Director Yates' familiar ploy of inviting willing young sailors to his bedroom, switching on the videocam, and engaging in a dirty-old-man interview as they jack off is getting a bit tired. The guys are surprisingly sweet, but the only real looker is Tony from Wisconsin, with his cleft chin, perfect basketball player's build, and drop-dead grin. However, Yates does nothing to enhance the performances of any of his stars; the camera simply stares without blinking.
