A circle of young Mexicans meet for sex, invariably introducing each other as "my cousin." Only Ricco, who shows off his chiseled physique, jacking off on a secluded beach, stands out among the uniformly slender, pale, boyish players. Tepid action can't justify the long running time, as poorly-edited scenes drag on and on. Our tour of Tijuana consists of the bus station and a sad-looking zebra who gets his photo taken with tourists. This trip south of the border is a bummer.
