Critical Rating: A 1/2

Someone involved in this production must be on drugs. The cast, possibly the seediest ever assembled, is dazed, confused, often flaccid and wearing flamboyant head gear. The cameraman must be trying to induce motion sickness in the viewer. Things go in and out of focus and the camera is often careening off into weird angles with the cast half out of frame. The video editor intercuts scenes and jumps back and forth in time with no rhyme nor reason. The soundtrack is loud and annoying.
