Men in police uniforms. A jail cell. What else could bear-daddies want?

Beginning with a bang - or rather a group scene - the tape is somewhat choppy in its editing and composition. At one point, there must have been a story attached to it, but the director must have decided to drop any pretense once he heard how bad the audio is - both music and camera sound terrible, but some of the guys, especially Mike Anthony, are hot enough to watch with the TV muted.
