This predictable story of a man (MacKenzie) lusting for his new neighbor is raised a cut above the average by the first and the final scenes, in which Bill Marlowe proves his star potential and director Lawrence captures the flavor of this best work. Marlowe's encounters with Crane and MacKenzie live up to the sexvids title, but what falls between does not, even though technical quality is sound throughout.
