Okay, the plot is a little silly and the dialogue is overwritten; however, cute capers are included in every scene and there is a humorous twist at the very end. The theme surrounds a near-defunct military regiment, where all of the remaining soldiers are in cahoots with arms smugglers.

What sets Black Patrol apart is the young, hung cast. Heart-throb Chris Johnson sizzles in the opener as he takes a soldier through his paces. Kevin Kemp could pass for a tripod as he gets his huge tube nursed by Richard Reyes. Then Reyes bites the bullet and accepts a big delivery in the rear. The other two romps also manage to keep in stride with the hot action. This one receives a pre-nom for Best Ethnic-Themed Video.
