As prison guards at a youth detention center, Frank Parker and Brad Phillips have a field day sampling the fresh young entrees who couldn’t follow the path of the straight and narrow. Most of the inmates are of the hairless, toothpick variety; their asses soft, sweet and buttery. Democracy plays itself out and everyone has his or her moment of blissful pleasure.
