What will jaded American viewers make of Zipper's softcore fantasies? The sex is all stimulated and there's not a hard-on in sight. But there is a certain charm to this tale of two long-haired look-alike lovers abducted on a deserted beach and held captive in a concrete ruin by quasi-military types. With wall-to-wall music and dialogue, the action proceeds much like and old silent movie melodrama. Photography is good, the rugged landscape is a plus, and some of the guys are pretty hot. When the super-silly finale arrives, the music goes disco and everyone spontaneously starts go-go dancing. It's like a softcore version of The Monkees!
