SYNOPSIS
A pre-nom worthy box cover should keep Historic Affairs renting. If you don\'t have a Paul Barresi shelf yet, perhaps you should start here.
Paul Barresi's revisionist historical saga begins by relocating the Trojan horse on Grecian soil. He must be using source material other than Homer's Iliad, which clearly documents the Greeks as the invaders. Notwithstanding, Paul Carrigan and Max Grand turn out a top-notch performance as a couple of Trojan soldiers the night before the big invasion.
The revisionist pastiche continues with a colorblind monk and an American Indian turning up in questionable narrative situations.
Super-vocal "shooting star" Paul Morgan plays a seaman who takes it up the ass from naval officer Jim Bentley in a show-stealing finale. Pre-nom Morgan and Bentley for a very enthusiastic performance. The ornate costumes earn an art direction pre-nom and they are set off nicely against the spare black set in a perfect tableaux four-scene structure.
