Poor houseboy Jason Nikas. There is action going on everywhere, but he can't even get laid in the sex house (where he works). Director Kevin James delivers sublime views of the sea and nearby mountains. The first two scenes sizzle, but things go downhill during the erectionally-challenged ending. Dino DiMarco and Karl Radford fans will find this trip pleasurable.
