Various military types do as the title suggests, having sex around, below, beside and through toilet partitions. The two listed performers star alongside their Marine friends (according to the credits), and a couple of the actors are never photographed above the neck, for anonymity's sake. The cast and situations are mostly run-of-the-mill, but may constitute catnip to those who shed a tear whenever a military base closes.
