Not only did they misspell this AVN Hall of Famer's name on the boxcover, but Bizarre hasn't even used some of the beautiful TV's best clips. All is not lost, however; some good scenes are included, including a funny one of Karen as a Nurse Ratchett-type character who has two trannies on their knees, and one sexy scene where real women (including Sharon Kane) dress him up and ravish him. These outtakes however, for the most part, remain so because they were darkly lit, awkwardly shot and often missed the best action, and for that reason, it's far from Karen's best.
