Something must have ran across a pair of plastic "Rolling Stone" lips on a stick, stuck them into a plant, and thought "Wow, this a great idea for a movie!" Unfortunately, they were wrong.

This story about some tenants who have a taste for cross-dressing can really be a drag. It reaches its low point when we get a closeup of the unmoving lips, and hear someone squealing "Feed me! Feed me!" in the background. Oh, puh-lease. The high point is Alex Williams, who is at his usual horny best. He is the only person in the cast, in or out of a dress, with a fully functional dick. This one will be best marketed as a prank gift. Hey, April Fool's Day is coming up!
