Critical Rating: AAAA

Tony DiAngelo and Brian Nichols are young lovers, living in a house they can't really afford. The vid is the story of how the boys manage to keep up with the expenses, renting the pool house to some hunky tenants. It takes more than just being able to pay the rent to live in this place. And the place has some benefits, including a hot tub, where lovers Greg Ross and Tyler Scott show us some of their talents.

This is a nice collection of action, including a hot scene where Daryl Brock fucks Joey Morgan on a motorcycle. Joey likes Daryl so much, he moves in with him, and Tony has to find new tenants for the vacancy. Cort Stevens gives it all he has, and takes a hard fucking

from Tony during his interview. Max Grand and Brandon Walker are two lovers, who tire of waiting for their turn with Tony, and get it on poolside. We close up with Tony and Brian, happy to have their home fully occupied again.
