This newest entry in the Hot Shot series is less successful than its predecessors for one reason: the title promises a racial balance which is simply not here.  Three black actors and seven white actors will not satisfy the viewers of whom the tape is targeted.  And I continue to wonder why HIS doesn’t identify the films from which the scenes are taken.  Even the fast-food market may occasionally want to check out the whole menu.
