Critical Rating: A 1/2

The major problem here is that the viewer is offered a rough draft instead of a finished product. Perhaps the director thought that including in the soundtrack his directions to the actors was a good idea; but it doesn't work. Other signs of an unfinished job include the awkward editing, at times choppy and at times as slow as a snail.

The feature has two plots: one centers on a young man's arrival in New York from San Juan, and the other centers on another character's search for the right job. The first plot is left hanging, perhaps to be resolved in Part II. The second plot is wrapped up when the character is hired as a stripper/dancer in a gay club. Technical quality is also uneven, varying from good to poor. Similarities in cast and direction suggest that the crew from the Boys Behind Bars series also produced this film. There is the kernel of a good picture here, but someone was in much too big of a hurry.
