This humorous feature, set in the Handcock Institute for the Sexually Insane, gets off to a promising start from a story perspective: spooky shots, faux "old film" footage, thunder, an evil cackle, and back-story narration set a campy, fun mood. The attention to detail isn't sustained, but this is still a fun sidetrack. Horny inmates get together, while janitor El Toro and his big slab make the rounds (he gets some great service from Janeiro). Q.T. forces himself on a reluctant Lil Bam Bam 2, but once Q.T. starts sucking, the protests stop. Doctor Tony Roma hooks up patient Enrique, measuring his excitement on an erection indicator. Machos has lots of small story bits mixed in with sex scenes, which are predominantly solo and oral-only. The sex has some hot moments, but also some slower, flaccid, chemistry-free moments.
