DVDThe Fallen Angel series is probably the most successful leather series ever. It comes to an announced close with this fifth installment, an astonishing five-disc release that surely could not be topped. The movie itself takes up two discs, there are two more for Titan's awesome extras, and a fifth disc of highlights from Fallen Angel 1-4.

Much of Titan's fame rests upon its technical expertise, and that is shown off in abundance here with superb camerawork, editing, effects, lighting, and imaginative props, settings, and costumes. Also on view are Titan's daring "additional" ingredients: fisting, watersports, BDSM, flogging-all perfectly integrated into the action. (More is available on the Extras discs, including a full-on S/M scene and urination sequences by several cast members.) But the glory of a Titan feature is its sex. And with a running time of four-and-a-half hours, and a 20-man cast, there's a lot of that. Horse:FA5, of course, also features a very "Titan" cast, manly, rugged, "real" guys turned loose to give and extract sexual pleasure with skill and passion, and mostly in a manner that looks real and almost undirected. (One of the benefits of not using gay-for-pay models is that everyone knows how to have sex with a man and, furthermore, wants to.)

Horses, leather, and fire are the dominant themes of this ten-scene movie set in such atmospheric locations as a cave, a subterranean blacksmith's lair, a stable, and a fire ring in a clearing in the woods. The loose plot follows the ritual transition from pony boy slaves to masters as both engage in aggressive sex as they jockey for power. The first scene, a double threeway, introduces us to newcomers Spencer Quest and Lars Decker. Quest fucks Decker, Joey Russo, and Joshua Adams, securing his topman credentials before impaling himself on Russo's rigid pole in Scene Ten. (One of the wonderful surprises of Scene One is Decker's flaccid dick among everyone else's rock-hard-ons. Just as you're thinking, Oh no, he can't get it up, he lets loose a stream of hot piss all over Joey Russo! Even better, it's Quest who aims Decker's dick.)

If you haven't seen Pete Ross before, you'll understand what all the talk is about when this stocky bottom-boy pulls a hot fuck out of Fredrick Ford-who's an extremely good fuck to begin with. Cudgel-hung Matt Majors who caused quite a stir with a handful of performances some years ago returns to pummel Ken Mifune in a light S/M scene (the "heavy" version is on the Extras disc), then proceeds to top hefty Matthieu Costa and horse-hung Ben Taylor in two subsequent scenes. Majors oozes sex and confidence and is an excellent choice for this installment's "fallen angel."

This amazing movie has something for everyone, and a little bit more for the fetish-minded. It's another triumph for director Bruce Cam and the Titan production team.
