The sociological setting of this well-made movie, balanced between comedy, content, and carnality (the rehab program is called "Latinos Overcome Another Day" or LOAD), gives meaning to the sex and makes many mean points. The General sniffs lines, chugs beer, jacks off to porn on the toilet. A social worker welcomes him to rehab. The General must take an introductory shower in the sight of a rehab official. The tall, smooth gent strips and goes to work on The General, whose armor-plate pecs twitch in anticipation. It doesn't take long for The General's crank to find ass-crack. "Whatever you do in here? stays here," the satisfied official warns. After a solo and two duos, a straight porn video mistakenly labeled "The Dangers of Drugs" inspires three beautifully-built young inmates to strip and masturbate. Two boyz want a pass to go out, and can get it only by swapping cocksucks with a beautifully-shaped group therapist. Two other inmates join in for a friendly fiveway finale concluding with a couple of butt-fucks. No character in the movie seems to be gay-identified. This comic social point is underlined by a disclaimer at the top of the movie: "The sexual acts performed by models in this video do not necessarily depict their actual sexual orientation." But there's no disclaimer that they are not actually the powerless junkies and unprincipled professionals they portray. Apparently gay is still the worst thing a man can be thought to be.
