Critical Rating: AA 1/2

Without subtitles, we can only be sure of so much of the plot in this four-scene South American tale. A doctor examines patients who dream about (or are transported into) sexual encounters while on the examining table. The doc's cock is the sweetest surprise, a big, thick sausage that gets unveiled in the final scene and makes this worth watching. The opener has a nice fuck, but the action throughout each scene is hampered by too many edits and too many position changes (some of them short lived), with a lot of the action and sequences flying by too quickly. South American men are among the hottest specimens in the world, but only a few men here leave a memorable image. Fans looking for the promised "uncontrollable men" who "can't be tamed" will be left scratching their heads.
